Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Web-Marketing Senior Supervisor, the E-Commerce Web Marketing Intern will assist the E-commerce Web & Email Marketing Supervisor and the entire Web marketing Team with all performance marketing-related tasks.


The job will focus on the definition, implementation, and support of Web Marketing activities, with a strong focus on Email Marketing tasks such as DEM upload, testing, and scheduling, segment definition, HTML and tracking codes check, setting and modifying customer journeys on top of daily operational tasks.


In parallel, she/he will support the entire team with performance-focused operational tasks across all channels such as Paid Search, Social Paid, SEO, Affiliation, Feed Management, and more. The position also implies the monitoring and analyzing promo redemption, sales, and web marketing core KPIs (Visits, CR, Revenue, ROAS).


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Collect data, and identify trends and insights to support the Web Marketing team in improving ROAS;
  • Communicate and provide campaign assets to the external Media Agency;
  • Steady competitor monitoring (qualitative and quantitative) in order to propose new ideas and strategies;
  • Upload and schedule DEMs (Direct Email Marketing);
  • Control of DEM contents to be uploaded: texts, layouts, and images to minimize errors and always ensure that communication is aligned with brand guidelines;
  • Analyze Email Marketing KPIs (Delivery rate, Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Revenue);
  • Create segment and customer journeys based on business needs;
  • Support the team in elaborating editorial and commercial texts for website content and Email Marketing;
  • Support the SEO Specialist with SEO (meta titles and descriptions upload), feed management, and Affiliation tasks (assets upload, placements evaluation, communication, etc.);
  • Cooperate with the E-commerce Web-Marketing Team in order to accomplish cross-department projects (mainly CRM, ADV, and Marketing)
  • Support the Web Marketing team in developing ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis, for instance:
  • Promotion redemption and campaigns performances,
  • Weekly product categories’ arrangements to support merchandising actions based on KPIs like CR, Bounce Rate, and Visits;
  • Website usability analysis (heatmaps, conversion funnels, navigational paths, etc.) and digital marketing campaigns performances

Requirements

  • University degree;
  • A previous experience in a similar role and field is a plus;
  • Interest in the fashion industry and Digital Marketing;
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to complex business situations;
  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills;
  • Capability to work under strict, short deadlines;
  • Highly motivated and committed to the job assigned;
  • Positive attitude, cooperative and team player, but also with the ability to work independently;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all levels;
  • Interested in working in an international environment and networking with worldwide business units;
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEMrush, and Google Search Console is a plus;
  • HTML basic knowledge;
  • Strong knowledge of Office packages (mainly Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Proficiency in the knowledge of the English language – both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus.
