Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the Advertising & Media Manager, the Advertising & Model Coordinator will be responsible for daily model organization and supplier coordination. Working closely with different departments inside the company as well as with external providers.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Model management: casting, booking and coordination of models for all product lines in connection with shootings, special projects and events.
  • Constant research of new faces as well as suppliers: photographers, stylists and hair&make-up artists.
  • Coordination of photo studio calendar, call sheet and travel arrangements.
  • Networking and developing strong relationships with models, photographers and stylists.
  • Collaborate with the teams in Ecommerce, Photo Studio, Marketing and Design to address department needs and coordinate shooting requests.
  • Daily contact with Guess Inc? in US for model organization, approvals and calendar updates.
  • Presence on set and during events to coordinate models, stylists and hair&make up team.
  • Coordination and distribution of shooting assets and advertising material to talents.
  • Back office: update of model cards, budget recap, invoices and payments.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Degree in Communication or Marketing
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar position
  • Strong interest in fashion
  • Ability to work on cross-functional and multi-national teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Naturally organized, with a drive and flair for efficiency
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining standards and positive attitude
  • A desire to progress and learn within their role
  • Strong problem solver in a highly fast paced environment as unexpected situations arise throughout bookings and on set.
  • Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
  • Teamwork attitude
  • Languages: fluent in English and Italian
