Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Data Entry Denim & Marciano Intern works closely with the product development teams for denim and Marciano lines, creating all seasonal styles codes for regular collection, factory outlet and OTB.

Based on daily needs, the role also helps the entire apparel division for all data entry activities that may be required.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create all the style codes per season for man/woman lines in Enovia/Centric
  • Create all the fabric codes for denim and non-denim in Enovia/Centric
  • Create all the denim wash codes in Enovia/Centric
  • Create all the print combo codes in Enovia/Centric
  • Push all product data from Enovia/Centric to Stealth
  • Gather all the fabric specification sheets and store them in Enovia and in the denim database
  • Collect all the info for POs issued at the SMS stage and work closely with the purchasing team to finalize the PO release
  • Match the list of SMS destinations with the seasonal actual EU agencies
  • Handle SMS arrival in our “product hub” by collecting, checking documents, and delivering them to the relevant departments
  • Check the sales book prior to release and create the related EAN codes

Requirements

  • Passion and attitude in the fashion field
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken) and Italian, any additional European language is considered a plus
  • Extensive computer experience including but not limited to Microsoft: Excel, Word, Outlook and Modelform, Enovia, Centric, Stealth, etc…
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and good level of proactivity
  • Capability of adapt to changes and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Able to communicate and co-operate within the department
