Position

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure customer satisfaction through handling of product returns and exchanges. Adhere to and comply with corporate standards and procedures in handling returns.

Management and updating of the return flow, from the request received from the customer or agent to the credit note. Reconcile quantities returned with that of the returns forms and documents.


CORE ACTIVITIES

  • Daily management of complaints received from customers and agencies by mail and telephone
  • Inputting return authorizations in the corporate system
  • Submission and follow up of the internal CS approval process
  • Inputting the return pick up booking in the currier website, truck and follow up
  • Check and solve discrepancies between return authorization and goods physically scanned in warehouse
  • SWAP management

Requirements

  • Education: at least High School Diploma
  • Languages: fluent English and two more language German, French or Spanish.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills to facilitate data analysis and critical problem solving
  • Fast learner, analytical mind-set
  • Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and strong organizational skills
  • Team player, ability to work independently and customer oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor message to all levels in the business, including delivering clear and concise presentations
