CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft, write and manage all writing material created for business purposes, producing texts and providing contents guidelines aligned with company register and brand guidelines for: website homepage and editorial landing pages, banners, informative pages, customer care pages, merchandising categories, among the others.
- Creating, editing and owning copy across all touchpoints in American/British English and Italian, supervising where possible, translations in other languages in terms of lengths, format, register.
- Creating both long and short form content – from blog editorial to push notifications and AdWords ads.
- Responsible for hands-on aspect of creating media content across channels and campaigns (Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Remarketing, Affiliation)
- Steady exchanges with external Media Agency and partners in order to maximize investment to continuously improve ROI and reach target budget thanks to content optimization;
- Recurring exchanges with third parties and partners to monitor and optimize campaigns according to the content;
- Analyze competitors quantitatively and qualitatively through steady monitoring, in order to propose new contents’ ideas;
- Working on newsletter calendar, writing copy applying the best practice, basing also on analysis in order to increase Open rate, CTOR, engagement with the campaigns and CR on DEM
- Assisting in defining and setting up clusters via segmentation platform (SFCC Marketing Cloud) and testing check of final newsletters layout in order to verify the message consistency and language proofreading before newsletter are scheduled and sent out
- Using insights into customer demographics to produce targeted and relevant copy for both organic and paid media
- Collaborating with merchandising, contend & design team, omnichannel and customer care team, managing copy direction in line with the marketing strategy
- Maintaining a consistent tone and style appropriate for our target groups and brands, across all channels
- Collect and read Media Agency reports about channels and specific campaigns, in order to make sure that campaigns are monitored and refreshed when needed
- Testing and verification on campaigns preview, categories, landing pages, and product listing pages in order to make sure that they are consistent with sourced media/channels/newsletters.
- Collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI thanks to the application of the right content for the specific targets
- Apply SEO principles to website copies and meta tags
- Support Web Marketing team in developing ad hoc qualitative analysis on campaigns, newsletter, on site content’s slot and homepages
