JOB PURPOSE

The E-Commerce Frontend Developer Intern will report to the E-Commerce UX Design & Operations Manager assisting them during the creation of web applications, editorial modules, email templates and pages on guess.eu website. The role is daily in touch with other teams in the E-Commerce department to create the best synergies and follow the business guidelines and best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turn mockups of homepages, landing pages and banners in full responsive and cross-browser/devices code
• Develop new web app to simplify the daily based task
• Test code on common devices and browser
• Implement and edit animation, pages and modules using CSS/HTML/Javascript
• Develop emails template for transactional email
• Integrate third parties tracking pixel using GTM
• Monitor the website and bugfix

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Excellent knowledge and use of:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JQUERY / JAVASCRIPT / AJAX
  • Bootstrap
• Good knowledge of:
  • EXCEL
  • React
  • English Language
• Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform will be a plus

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in similar role and/or activities (e-commerce web designer / frontend developer) is highly appreciated
