Position

JOB PURPOSE

The E-commerce Marketplace Support has to assist the Senior Specialist and the Marketplace Team in the maintenance of existing Marketplace portals and in the operative tasks of new openings.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the maintenance of existing Marketplaces
  • Support in the operative tasks of new Marketplace openings
  • Customer Service Support for Marketplace final Customers
  • Customer Service Support for Marketplaces
  • Support in the operative and technical problems with EDI and/or Marketplaces (i.e. errors list from Marketplace and EDI provider side)
  • Support in the management of daily orders
  • Monitor Marketplaces in order to make them respect Guess brand integrity policy
  • Support communications and exchanges between external EDI and GUESS internal IT department (i.e. return rate analysis)

Requirements

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

  • At least first level Degree in Management/Economics/Statistics

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in the same role and field (preferably in the fashion industry)

SKILLS

  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity and passion for numbers
  • Excellent Knowledge of English language – both written and spoken
  • Any other language will be a plus
  • Problem solving attitude, precision and ability to respect deadlines, ability to work in team, cooperative disposition and flexibility
  • Be cooperative and teammate, precise, respect of deadlines
  • Must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse group at all level
  • Interested to work in an international environment and to network with worldwide business units
  • Interest in the fashion industry
