Posizione

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The E-Commerce Operations has the responsibility to assist the customer for B2C – Website www.guess.eu, Marketplaces and all GUESS B&M channels (property, licensing and wholesale).

The role’s main objective will be to ensure the delivery of an excellent user experience to e-commerce customers from all points of view. 

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor warehouses and couriers’ performances;
  • Monitor warehouses and distribution costs;

 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Day by day interaction with warehouse and couriers;
  • Deal with warehouse and couriers to ensure all orders are correctly processed and intervene to troubleshoot, if needed;
  • Provide to warehouse an accurate forecast of shipments and returns to be managed on a monthly and daily basis;
  • Monitor warehouse’s productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports;
  • Monitor warehouse’ performances in accordance with the quality standards required;
  • Monitor couriers’ performances in accordance with kpi’s set;
  • Set up and/or improve reporting to monitor and reach kpi’s;
  • Elaborate distribution and service charge costs budget;
  • Manage returns and couriers’ problems;
  • Identify areas of improvement in processes and flows;
  • Support E-Commerce Operations, UX & Customer Care Senior Manager and E-Commerce Omnichannel Project Manager with the Omnichannel project;
  • Manage replenishments of consumable goods;
  • Support E-commerce Customer Care Team providing daily and monthly business reports concerning shipments, cancellations and returns;
  • Support E-commerce Customer Care Team providing an accurate service in terms of order management, shipments and returns;
  • Support E-commerce Customer Care Team providing translations in the required languages (the one you know) upon demand.

Requisiti

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and field;
  • Excellent English. Any other European Language will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and couriers’ processes will be a plus;
  • Good computer skills (Office suite, Internet browsers - IE/FF/Chrome);
  • Well organized, self-motivated and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and good level of proactivity
  • Sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on company’s success
  • High results orientation and bias toward action
  • Capability of adapt to changes and work under pressure
