PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The E-Commerce Operations Specialist has the responsibility to assist the customer for B2C – Website www.guess.eu, Marketplaces and all GUESS B&M channels (property, licensing and wholesale).
The role’s main objective will be to ensure the delivery of an excellent user experience to e-commerce customers from all points of view.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor warehouse and couriers performances;
- Monitor warehouse and distribution costs;
- Day by day interaction with warehouse and couriers;
- Deal with warehouse and couriers to insure all orders are correctly processed and intervene to troubleshoot, if needed;
- Provide to warehouse an accurate forecast of shipments and returns to be managed on a monthly and daily basis;
- Monitor warehouse’s productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports;
- Monitor warehouse’ performances in accordance with the quality standards required;
- Monitor couriers’ performances in accordance with kpi’s set;
- Set up and/or improve reporting to monitor and reach kpi’s;
- Elaborate distribution and service charge costs budget;
- Manage returns and couriers problems;
- Identify areas of improvement in processes and flows;
- Support E-Commerce Operations, UX & Customer Care Senior Manager and E-Commerce Omnichannel Project Manager with the Omnichannel project;
- Manage replenishments of consumable goods;
- Support E-commerce Customer Care Team providing daily and monthly business reports concerning shipments, cancellations and returns;
- Support E-commerce Customer Care Team providing an accurate service in terms of order management, shipments and returns;
- Support E-commerce Customer Care Team providing translations in the required languages (the one you know) upon demand.
