Posizione

JOB PURPOSE

In this role, you will be monitoring large set of business KPI’s and perform analysis in order to support efficient decision-making and optimization, via smart tools and data-driven insights alongside interface with wide range of e-commerce teams including web marketing, operations, merchandising, UX and marketplaces.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with a wide range of teams across the business, acting as an analytical focal point for E-commerce Vice President and e-commerce teams, aggregating data from multiple data sources to create a “single source of truth”
  • Explore & analyze large scale of data sets to optimize and improve business performance processes
  • Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights on the markets to support guess.eu and Marketplaces business activities across all the ecommerce areas (Web Marketing & Sales, Operations & Customer care, UX, Merchandising, Omnichannel).
  • Smart monitoring and analysis of the e-commerce dept. s main KPIs utilizing BI tools, Google Analytics 360, Einstein Analytics among the others.
  • Perform daily data review process using smart alerts
  • Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights on the markets to support specifically Web Marketing strategies, E-commerce Vice President and e-comm teams improving ROI
  • Smart monitoring and analysis of the companys main KPIs utilizing advanced BI tools
  • Explore & analyze large scale of data sets to optimize and improve business performance processes
  • Identify problems within the business, including through using data modelling techniques
  • Use statistical models to assist the E – Commerce Web Marketing, CRO & SEO Senior Manager to understand current digital performance and predict future results
  • Implement and maintain digital and web tracking using/coordinating tag management systems
  • Analyze and manage data from web analytics tools, digital ad platforms and other data sources to identify performance trends, data inaccuracies, optimization opportunities and business insights
  • Lead reporting and dashboard creation for internal team, company’s stakeholders and executives using data visualization tools
  • Identify analytics opportunities and present solutions to internal stakeholders and team’s managers
  • Stay current with new data and analytics news, trends, tools and strategies and proactively communicate updates to internal teams
  • Get in touch with third parties and partners to receive/create and monitor reports
  • Effectively communicate data strategies, performance insights and complex data problems and solutions
  • Supervise E- mail marketing KPIs, segmentation and personalization activities
  • Keep monitored behavioral, engagement, and demo data in order to assist in data segmentation and profiling activities
  • Support Ecommerce teams in developing ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis, for instance:
  • Weekly/monthly/yearly performances reports, by Market/Channel and Device
  • ST% analysis support to Merchandising team
  • Cancellation and Return Rate monitoring
  • ROI analysis, monitoring and analyzing actual vs budget data and Web-Marketing KPIs, by Country and Device
  • Promotion redemption, by market, by channel

Requisiti

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 4 years’ experience an analytical/data position in a MNE
  • BA/Master graduate in a quantitate fields - Industrial engineering/Statistics/Math/other
  • Analytics Tools as Google Analytics 360 (proficiency), Google Dashboard, CRM Tableau, GTM, SFCC E – commerce Cloud business manager and Marketing Cloud experience are a strong plus;
  • Experience working with Big data (e.g. using BQ) an advantage
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Experience working with visualization tools
  • Office package, excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • Ability to write SQL query is a plus
  • English and Italian fluent speaker
  • Be cooperative, precise, respect of deadlines;
