Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Buying & Merchandising Manager, the E-Commerce Photostudio Support will assist and support all the all back office activities of the Guess Photostudio.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily management of e-commerce Photostudio back office tasks:

PHOTO MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

  • Troubleshoot issues, follow-up to images correction or modification when needed;
  • Check images status on a daily basis and update sample log accordingly;
  • Ensure all image sets are regularly uploaded according to the set time frames;
  • Regularly review new in product pages to ensure the highest standards to e-commerce product imagery, identify and notify reshoots where necessary;
  • Support styles activation in the web site;

SHOOTING SUPPORT

  • Support in styling, before and during, the shooting (ecommerce);
  • Support the photographer and models during the shooting;
  • Arranging the new collection and new styles coming from warehouse before shooting;
  • Tracking of in/out flow of samples and collection items;
  • Support in scheduling the monthly shooting calendar;
  • Support in creating Moodboards related to scheduled shooting and DEM;

MODELS MANAGEMENT SUPPORT​

  • Regularly update the model shooting calendar;

MERCHANDISING AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT​

  • Follow up to customer care enquiries on product images;
  • Keep up-to-date project recaps;
  • Support the various merchandising activities in case of need;

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in photography or design preferred;
  • Office package knowledge, well skilled in Excel;
  • CSS package (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) knowledge is preferred;
  • Proficient knowledge of English language – both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus.
  • Be cooperative, flexible and teammate;
  • Be precise and respect deadlines;
  • Passionate about fashion.
