Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To collaborate with E-Commerce Planning team in order to plan pre-season and re-forecast and adjust in-season sales and stock from top-line budget down to sub-category and style for the assigned product department.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in construction of Seasonal sales, stock and buy budget plans
  • Collaborates to build buy plans within the framework set for timely review and sign off
  • Regular review and adjustment of the buy plans as factors changes
  • Support to build Seasonal SKU Plan by line, gender, category
  • Work closely with buying team during seasonal buy activities to build the customer proposition (quantitative) that will meet or exceed the overall sales targets set by the business
  • Responsible for size ratios: run accurate size analysis to improve assortment productivity
  • Historical analysis of data to prepare accurate forward planning by line, gender, category
  • Ad hoc analysis to track E-Com sales performance and highlight possible actions to optimize sales
  • Support for End of Season Analysis and Tools
  • In season tracking and re-forecasting to plan (Weekly Sales Stock and Intake). Regular OTB check.
  • Responsible for buy quantities estimates for Speed-to-Market offers and other capsules buy
  • Best-seller analysis and replenishment from other warehouses. Support on orders upload activities and follow-up with the logistic department to fulfill stock needs
  • Support the planner in selecting assortment for periodical product shipments to marketplace partners. Run periodical reports to monitor sales and suggest actions to improve actual performance
  • Support in development and data controls of the new planning system

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 1-2 years in e-commerce or multi-site retail business, possibly in the fashion retail sector.
  • University degree in Economics or related field
  • Fast learner, analytical mindset, adapt to changes, and work under pressure
  • Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and strong organizational skills, good level of proactivity, and effective problem solver
  • Team player, ability to work independently and customer-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills to facilitate data analysis and critical problem solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including delivering clear and concise presentations
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, utilize resources effectively and drive for results in a fast-paced, growth environment
