PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The E-commerce Web Designer & CMS Support will report and co-work with the E-Commerce UX Design & Ops. Supervisor during the creation of guess.eu pages in terms of front end structure and during the upload and scheduling of contents on guess.eu website through the dedicated Content Management Systems (CMS).
The E-commerce Web Designer & CMS Support is daily in touch with Ecommerce Web Content team to create the best synergies in terms of creation/construction/upload of digital contents, always aiming to the creation and maintenance of best in class shopping experience and design.

CORE JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turning the Home Pages and landing pages mockups in full responsive and cross-browser/devices code (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Creation of animation using CSS3/jQuery when needed
• Daily update and scheduling of contents (pages, banners, landing pages, Inspiration/trends/editorial pages, etc.
• Making sure online contents are correctly up to date on all devices
• Setting and scheduling promos and discounts in the CMS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• At least 1-year experience in similar role and/or activities (e-commerce UX design and in Content Management Systems, preferably in the fashion industry)
• Excellent knowledge and use of:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JQUERY / AJAX
  • Bootstrap
•  Good knowledge of:
  • EXCEL
  • English Language
• Expertise in Salesforce Platform will be a plus
• Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good judgment, proven responsibility and strong analytical skills.
• Capability to work under strict, short deadlines
• Able to communicate and co-operate within the department
