Position

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Job is to carry out web marketing activities and content support for SEO optimization, besides monitoring performance and sales analyses.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Web Marketing

  • Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to support Web Marketing team in improving ROI
  • Steady exchanges with external Media Agency in order to maximize investment to continuously improve ROAS and reach target budget
  • Recurring exchanges with third parties and partners to monitor and optimize campaigns
  • Analyze competitors quantitatively and qualitatively through steady monitoring, in order to propose new ideas and new strategies
  • Elaborate commercial texts following copywriting best practices to ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly on Google Ads, Social Ads and other performance campaigns/channels
  • Cooperate with Content & UX Design team to provide CRO optimization guidelines for Content design both on-site and for other online channels
  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests in order to meet CRO objectives
  • Upload and scheduling of DEMs, plus testing and verification on categories, landing pages, and product listing pages in order to make sure that they are consistent with sourced newsletters
  • Analyze Newsletters campaigns quantitatively and qualitatively to give E-commerce Content Strategist, Content and Merchandising Team optimization ideas to improve overall results of the channel
  • Implement SEO best practices in cooperation with MIS (keywords presence and redundancy, tags and meta-tags, pages’ titles, images’ titles, correct indexing, crawl analysis, etc.) while keeping SEO content aligned with running promotions and other commercial activities. Recommend and implement possible content changes and improvements for SEO purposes, supporting also Merchandising team

Sales Analyst

  • Provide analysis of business trend and results, by Country and Web Marketing Channel
  • Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to support sales
  • Support Web Marketing team in developing ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis, for instance:
    • Weekly/monthly/yearly performances reports, by Country and Device
    • ROI analysis, monitoring and analyzing actual vs budget data and Web-Marketing KPIs, by Country and Device
    • Promotion redemption, by Country
    • Weekly reports product categories’ performances in order to support merchandising actions based on KPIs like Visits, CR, Bounce Rate among the others

Requirements

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

  • Extended Google Analytics knowledge is a must (both report/dashboard design and KPIs management)
  • SEO and analytics Tools as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must
  • HTML basic knowledge
  • Proficiency knowledge of English language – both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
