Position

JOB PURPOSE

The E-Commerce Web Operations Specialist will report and co-work with the E-Commerce UX Design & Ops. Manager during the creation of guess.eu pages in terms of settings and scheduling content using the dedicated Content Management Systems.

The role is daily in touch with E-Commerce UX Design & Ops. team and other departmental teams to create the best synergies in terms of uploading and scheduling of digital contents, setting of promotions, creating of customer groups always aiming to the maintenance of best in class shopping experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule and update banners, landing pages, blogs, pages based on marketing calendar
  • Edit HTML/CSS/JS templates in order to align them to the mockup provided
  • Turn HTML templates in all languages based on the translations provided
  • Manage content assets and slots
  • Creation and setting of the promotions, campaigns, coupons and source code
  • Create and manage customer groups
  • Configure payment and shipping methods
  • Import sales pricebook
  • Manage the general settings in the backend systems
  • Update the transactional emails
  • Make sure that contents and promotions on staging and productions website are correctly scheduled, configured and updated

Requirements

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Good knowledge of:
    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud - Business Manager
    • HTML/CSS
    • EXCEL
    • English Language
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • JAVASCRIPT / JQUERY
    • CSV/XML/JSON

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1-year experience in similar role and/or activities (preferably using SFCC platform)
