Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Web-Marketing Senior Supervisor works closely with the E-Commerce Web-Marketing, SEO & CRO Senior Manager for the daily/monthly/yearly setting and monitoring of Web-Marketing mix strategies to maximize investment and continuously improve European e-commerce’s ROI, Sales & Revenues.

The E-commerce Web Marketing Senior Supervisor will manage a team of 3 resources. Ad hoc special projects may be assigned on top of the above-mentioned accountabilities.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-operate with E-Commerce Web-Marketing, SEO & CRO Senior Manager in the yearly Web-Marketing budget allocation, together with the Media Agency and external partners, in order to maximize ROI and achieve sales and Revenues targets;
  • Oversee monthly planning and budgeting for media placements, with daily and weekly tracking;
  • Daily/monthly/yearly steady exchanges with external Web-Marketing Agency in order to maximize investment to continuously improve ROI and reach target budget through all web-marketing channels;
  • Supervising of full Web-Marketing Reporting Systems and data management.
  • Track, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to support E-Commerce Web-Marketing, SEO & CRO Senior Manager in defining strategies to improve ROI and CR;
  • Scout, identify and propose new business opportunities/channels/tools instrumental to achieve sales targets;
  • Quickly identify and react to challenges and opportunities, in order to reach sales and ROI targets;
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs in order to improve usability, contents, and conversions of the company website, through steady exchanges with Web-Content-Graphic, Customer Care & Operations team, Merchandising team, and Omnichannel team;
  • Work closely with Merchandising team analyzing website’s data and giving directions on how to perform merchandising to maximize KPIs like Addition to Cart, Conversion Rate;
  • Analyze competitors quantitatively and qualitatively through steady monitoring, in order to propose new leverages to increase the business goals;
  • Supervise editorial and commercial texts creation for website contents and Email Marketing making sure that tone of voice and registers are aligned to the brand guidelines;
  • Email database and segments creation; upload and scheduling of DEMs;
  • Supervision and update of the E-commerce marketing calendar, aligning to Marketing – Adv Calendar, Retail Calendar and identifying opportunities for e-commerce
  • Follow and assist in developing a CRO testing roadmap along with the UX team;
  • Provide detailed analysis on DEM’s performances to identify best strategies to apply;
  • Cooperate with SEO Specialist to identify SEO best practices in cooperation with MIS (keywords presence and redundancy, tags and meta-tags, pages’ titles, images’ titles, correct indexing, etc.). Recommend and implement possible content changes and improvements for SEO purposes, supporting also Merchandising team.
  • Co-operate with other all E-Commerce teams to maximize customer experience on-site, all devices;
  • Supervise the creation (or provide in case of need) daily analysis of business trend and results, by Country and Web-Marketing Channel;
  • Support E-Commerce Web-Marketing, SEO & CRO Senior Manager and E-commerce Performance and Data Analyst in developing ad hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis, for instance:
    • Weekly/monthly/yearly performances reports, by Country, Web-Marketing Channel and Device;
    • ROI analysis, monitoring, and analyzing actual vs budget data and Web-Marketing KPIs, by Country, Channel, and Device;
    • Promotion redemption, performances by country (48)
    • Weekly reports product categories’ performances in order to support merchandising actions based on KPIs like BR, CTR, Visits, etc.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 6 years experience in e-commerce web-marketing environment;
  • At least 4 years experience in SEO, CRO, and analytics Tools as Google Analytics 360, Sem Rush, Adobe Omniture, and GSC;
  • Office package, excellent knowledge of Excel;
  • HTML basic knowledge;
  • Data visualization skills;
  • Proficiency knowledge of the English language – both written and spoken. Any additional language is a plus;
  • Knowledge of e-commerce dynamics for Fashion Retail
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Customer 360 Tools (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Tableau) is a strong plus;
  • Be cooperative and teammate, precise, respect of deadlines;
  • Attention to details and to the respect of the Brand guidelines;
  • Time and resources management (supervising a team of 3 people among Web Marketing, SEO, and Copywriting resources)
