Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Work with internal and external key players of Guess YC&MN line, supporting the Global Operations Planning Manager in production and product planning activities flow related to all International accounts.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Interaction with country sales force (International and European):

  • Be a liaison between Guess HQ and the Guess Partner in Region 1 & 3 to guarantee the efficient flow of information and the respect of deadlines and processes;
  • Ensure consistency of information cross Regions so that all markets can start with all the tools needed for the sales;
  • Support the Global Operations Planning Manager in:
    • Daily monitor of the sales during the market in order to understand if forecast & projection different systems are aligned;
    • Weekly sales campaign reporting on a global scale;
    • Making sure that SKU buys for Region 1 & Region 3 are being placed in accordance with global deadlines and market needs;
    • analyzing volumes and margin performances against financial targets;
  • Produce analysis and statistics from a product point of view.

OTHERS:

  • Data system downloads and check (ENOVIA Assortment sheets, ENOVIA GBW data, DP from Sail, ad hoc from Microstrategy);
  • Check on alignment/ consistency between systems data (Sustainability Map, Master Data harmonization, MOF original request vs actual on GBW);
  • Develop or suggest ways to automate transaction activity;
  • Obtain data from external and/or internal sources. Analyze data for completeness and accuracy;
  • Support Planning team in ongoing global projects.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • Well organized, self-motivated and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and good level of proactivity
  • Sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Capability of adapt to changes and work under pressure

  • Fluent written and spoken English is required for this role. Any further language will be considered as a plus.
  • MS Office package (Excel knowledge is mandatory). Knowledge of AS400 and Business intelligence instruments is appreciated.
