Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Reporting directly to the HR Controlling Manager EMEA, the HR Organization Intern will assist the organization analysis and development in the EMEA HQ and in all European Legal Entities.

The role will also support the update of organizational charts, documents and systems.



CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizational Analysis and Evaluations
  • Creation and updating of organizational charts, job descriptions, and job titles
  • Development of organizational projects, such as global climate surveys and the creation of standardized organizational models
  • Reporting and monitoring of global HR indicators
  • Job grading and evaluation of organizational positions on a global scale

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Organization Science, Human Resources Management or similar)
  • Previous experience during the studies in a similar role and field will be a plus
  • Fluent English. Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of process analysis/workflow tools will be a plus
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills and proactive approach
  • Trustworthy in handling confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Open-minded towards a multicultural environment
