Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the Senior HR Administration, the HR Administration will assist and support all the HR administration processes in the EMEA HQ and in all European Legal Entities.

The role will support management-level staff and perform a variety of tasks related to employee record-keeping within the organization. They will also handle sensitive employees' and company information, which requires an high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide both HR-specific and general administrative support
  • Handle all HR administration processes:
    • hirings
    • employment contracts and other documents preparation
    • work permits
    • presences/absences/illnesses management in our time management system (Zucchetti)
    • company insurance
    • children allowances
    • termination paperwork
    • other support activities as requested
  • Administration support to employees at all levels
  • Spread communications and information to employees
  • Provide direct support to executives
  • Create and edit HR documents, processes, new hires
  • Update employee information in company databases
  • Prepare employment packages, handle benefits information, and process termination paperwork
  • Liaise with local authorities
  • Create forms, templates, and other HR-related documents
  • Supervise timekeeping functions
  • Provide support to local HR in controlling and approving HR payroll processes
  • Support in the payroll process
  • Support in the review and preparation of the updated HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in development and implementation of Human Resources policies
  • Assist HR Team members with specific projects
  • Support the HR team in all main HR processes and activities as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources Management or Law)
  • Being in possession of the “Attestato Federale Svizzero di Assistente del Personale / HRSE Certificate” will be a plus
  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Italian and English. Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Trustworthy in handling confidential information
