Posizione

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the HR Controller EMEA, the HR Controlling Intern will assist and support the proper control on costs and HR procedures in the EMEA HQ and in all European Legal Entities.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist and support the HR Controller EMEA in all the following daily activities:

  • Provides support in the Forecast/Budget activities for all of Guess EMEA
  • Provides support Checking actual costs every month
  • Controlling of HR department expenses
  • Preparation of monthly reports (HC, Retail Payroll rates for all European Legal Entities, Guess Inc. various requests, etc…)
  • Controlling data inserted by EU Countries in the People Information Systems
  • Supports the Recruiting team in preparing Job offers 
  • Supports the monthly updated of the European Org Chart
  • Provides support to HR projects
  • Provides support in modifying and implementing new HR policies and procedure;
  • Support in the review and preparation of the updated HR policies and procedures
  • Support the HR team in all main HR processes and activities as needed
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies
  • Continuously enhance and implement HR programs and project in order to create an efficient workplace

Requisiti

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources Management, Economics or similar)
  • Previous experiance in a similar role and field will be a plus
  • Fluent English. Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel is mandatory)
  • Skills in reading and interpreting statistical and financial data
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
