Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the MIS Finance Director, our IT Finance Specialist will daily manage PITECO and KCI application programs, acting in observance of procedures and guidelines, and will contribute to the implementation of the software and of its interfaces.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with business owners to define and analyze new business requirements and operational issues
  • Communicate with technical implementation team
  • Lead software project implementation
  • Provide proactive support towards effectively testing any enhancement and ensuring they meet the objectives
  • Coordinate ERP interface development and testing
  • Manage implementation issues
  • Collection of new business requirements
  • Work closely with the end-user community to ensure PITECO and KCI systems are properly and optimally utilized
  • Contact the Software supports in order to fix the software bugs
  • Configure PITECO in order to improve end-user activities
  • Train end-user community
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Piteco
  • Knowledge of IBM TM1 Planning Analytics is considered to be a plus
  • Good understanding of Finance and Treasury processes
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Teamwork attitude
  • Proficient in English
