Position

Reporting directly to the Tech Design Manager, our Model Maker Swimwear, Underwear & Lingerie will be responsible for the specific enlisted product categories.

The role will:

  • Be able to create 1st patterns based on designer’s sketch
  • Be responsible for in-house patterns and will act as a link between design and manufacturing stages
  • Take active part in fitting
  • Make pattern alterations and corrections after fittings with timely execution and within hard deadlines
  • Measure Proto samples, SMS samples, PP samples, Top Samples

Requirements

  • Excellent pattern-making ability
  • Previous experience in pattern making (underwear/lingerie), technical design and related fields
  • A strong understanding of body shaping and the fundamentals of fit
  • Knowledge of digital pattern-making (preferably Gerber)
  • Self-motivated, driven, with a can-do, problem-solving attitude
  • Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, flexible and cooperative
  • Good knowledge of Windows Office and of the main pattern design systems (GERBER, CLO 3D, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
