PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Photostudio Coordinator will be responsible to produce and oversee all photostudio activities (not only included the shootings) for all the GUESS Line and for all the sales channels.
He/she will also be responsible to coordinate and manager the photostutio team and all the related suppliers and host.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with the Marketing and E-Commerce departments to ensure fulfilment of content deliverables.
- Social Media content production and editing following guidelines given by Marketing and
E-Commerce Departments such as Tik-Tok videos, short videos, GIF etc.
- In charge of the day to day running of the photo studio; weekly shooting calendar, space organization, props inventory, budget coordination.
- Oversee studio team to ensure best practices are followed on daily basis and priorities are being met.
- Obtain, organize, check-in and manage samples for all photo studio shoots. E-Commerce integrations to be done in collaboration with the E-Commerce team.
- Attend weekly pre-production planning meeting with relevant and accurate information (sample counts, priorities for all divisions).
- Act as the primary point of contact during production and through post-production for sample and shot list questions.
- Understands, promotes and continually strive to elevate brand imagery.
- Supervise file management process within corporate platforms, server organization, back-ups and archiving of studio imagery. (Gimage)
- Organize, maintain and order studio equipment.
- Work closely with retouches, photographers, stylists and merchandising team to accurately represent all products online, update as needed according to industry standards and trends. Constantly in touch with eco team to understand their technical requirements and needs
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload, multi-task using effective time management skills.
