Posizione

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the ERP Manager, the PLM Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing new functionalities in the Enovia (MatrixOne) PLM system and support the global implementation.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new and support existing functionality in the 3DExperience (Enovia) PLM application
  • Perform full life-cycle Implementation, including requirements gathering, analysis, system design, coding, unit and integration testing
  • Work with end-users and business analysts to determine requirements and new opportunities to leverage the platform
  • Plan and phase in updates. Provide daily needed assistance to team members
  • Create, contribute and coordinate Enovia standards, improvements and procedures
  • Provide integration with ERP and other System components

Requisiti

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5/8 years of previous experience in web application development experience, specifically in Java, JSP, Struts, jQuery, etc.
  • At least 5/8 years of previous experience in object-oriented analysis, design, and development
  • Understanding of PLM tools like Enovia a strong plus
  • Expert Knowledge in developing applications using Oracle, Tomcat, SQL, Unix, Windows, Java, JavaScript
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying comprehensive enterprise-wide solutions
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle and best practices methodologies
  • Understanding of Apparel manufacturing and design practices a strong plus
  • Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment. Motivated self-starting professional with high integrity and self-confidence
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good judgment, proven responsibility and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across various business units
  • Experienced in working with complex systems in various environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English. Any other language will be considered a plus
  • Proficient with MS-Office programs, especially Excel
