PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the Digital PR Manager, the PR Support Intern will assist the Press & PR activities in all European markets, serving all Guess product categories: Guess Jeans, Underwear, Activewear, Beachwear, Handbags, Footwear, Kids, Marciano by GUESS, GUESS Jewelry and GUESS Home.

The PR Support Intern will assist the team with both traditional press as well as digital PR daily activities including influencer collaborations, product seedings, creative mailers, influencer market research, press assets and PR events.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the organization of international PR team in the following tasks:

• Compilation and preparation of the weekly clipping report
• Assistance during seasonal PR product selections
• Support the team with reporting (events, special projects, key messages, press days, etc.)
• Assistance in the organization of PR events from idea to production
• Product orders and shipments for PR seedings and influencers' PR samples
• Regularly research of top influencers and always keep up to date with the influencer industry (trends, influencers, projects)
• Content and guideline creation to each influencer project and seasonal key message
• Social Media Calendar maintenance for each influencer collaboration
• Gift and gadget management including research for new ideas

• International mindset and fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar
• Creative mindset, forward-thinking, highly attuned to trends and culture, and a strong interest in fashion and entertainment
• Fast learner and prepared to enter an international fast-paced work environment
• Hard-working and excellent time management and organization skills
• Internet research, social media and Microsoft Office package are necessary; Photoshop is a plus
• Positive attitude and a strong team player
