PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN & QUALITY CONTROL APPAREL

​CORE JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Incoming Inspection procedures and sampling and respective reports
• Raising of non-conformance against inspected products and forwarded to suppliers, product dept and production coordinator for claim
• Raising of non-conformance for out of tolerance rolls and forwarded to product dept
• Liaise with suppliers and Sourcing Manager on site to view goods issues
• Maintain up to date copies of all the alterations or amendments in discussion with Sourcing Manager and product dept
• Monitor and recording of processing of all samples, swatch etc.
• Customer returns in conjunction with the Customer Service and production coordinators
• Continually assess supplier quality and report details
• SMS Fitting
• Size Set & PPS request

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Significant previous experience in the same role and field (QC in Fashion Companies)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Result-oriented
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Window/Office system
• Working on cross-functional and multi-national teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
