PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role supports the Retail Business Analyst Manager in the business reporting and analysis, and in management of the process, in the strategy definition and in the analysis of promotions and clearance activities for property stores and outlets in all countries managed by European headquarter.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable to the Retail Business Analyst Manager, organize the markdown process defining timing and deadline for activities based on the Sales calendar by country and by channel
• Supports the promotion process providing analysis and simulations that reflect the impact on sales, margin and stock, keeping them aligned with the discount budget
• Update the daily and weekly performance reports and analysis, ensuring adherence to the company reports, identifying gaps and opportunities, providing results to Management
• Manage the correct setting of daily, weekly and seasonal reports, updating reports according to business deadline and needs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel and VBA skills to facilitate data analysis and critical problem solving
• Demonstrated fluency in business intelligence and reporting tools (knowledge of Microstrategy and PowerBI is a plus) with ability to mine data, create ad hoc reporting and analyze to drive key business decisions
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, utilize resources effectively and drive for results
• Understanding of fashion retail metrics (could be a plus)
• Fast learner, analytical mind-set, adapt to changes and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with a proactive and positive approach
• Established ability to build and maintain effective working relationships to drive collaboration, teamwork and business results
