Stellenbeschreibung

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In collaboration with Business Key users, rationalize, optimize and automatize existing standard reports in Planning and Allocation department, and develop new ones to fulfil information gaps, with the view to develop a data driven approach supporting the key business decisions.


CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable to the Retail Business Analyst Manager, reviews and optimize existing standard reports in order to increase the team efficiency through automation and clear KPIs
  • Works closely with the Retail Business Analysts team to priorities and to identify areas of improvement and information gaps to include in the existing reporting package
  • Support the management and the Planning and Allocation team in the improvement and the developments of standard reports to find and provide an appropriate solution to operative and business needs
  • Promote efficiency and automation thinking and implementing new ways and approaches to solve issues
  • Collaborates proactively with the BI and the MIS teams to find the best technical solutions to support the business information needs

Anforderungsprofil

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 5+ years in Business Analyst or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel and VBA skills to facilitate data analysis and critical problem solving
  • Demonstrated fluency in business intelligence and reporting tools (knowledge of Microstrategy is a plus)
  • Ability to successfully mine data, create ad hoc reporting and analyze to drive key business decisions
  • Knowledge of programming languages is a plus
  • Fast learner, analytical mind-set, adapt to changes and work under pressure
  • Proactive and result oriented, thinks outside the box
  • Excellent execution, high respect of deadlines and strong organizational skills, good level of proactivity and effective problem solver
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, utilize resources effectively and drive for results in a fast paced, growth environment
  • Experience in working in a busy environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change
  • Established ability to build and maintain effective working relationships to drive collaboration, teamwork and business results.
