Position

The resource will support the Retail Marketing team, giving a contribution to the management of the daily activities, production, and implementation of all marketing projects.

Moreover, the resource will help the Retail Marketing team in process of content creation (videos, photos, animations) supporting the team during PhotoStudio activities (shooting with models and still life shootings)

The main tasks will be:

  • Support the Retail Marketing team to develop and keep updated the seasonal integrated marketing calendar and each marketing plan to push the product families identified as a priority for the company;
  • Support the Retail Marketing team in informing all departments involved in the process of implementation of the marketing projects (E-commerce, VM, HR & Training, Buying, Operations, Logistics, etc.). Cooperate with them and keep them constantly updated;
  • Coordinate the implementation of the marketing projects in all European markets (retail and licensing channels). Plan, supervise, negotiate and execute all local marketing activities with GUESS subsidiaries across Europe;
  • Develop (from the creative idea to the production) gifts and gadgets for marketing purposes and collaborate with the various teams internally and externally to ensure on-time delivery to all stores. Implementation and execution of promotions in all markets (GWP, promotions, special projects, etc.);
  • Support the new store openings and in-store events with ad hoc media/marketing strategies and supervise its execution. Property & Licensing channels;
  • Support the Retail Marketing team in the process of creation of high-quality contents (mainly photo and video shootings) linked to the messages present in the marketing calendar;
  • Work closely with graphic designers to develop communication materials for stores starting from the contents created; cooperate with the e-commerce team for the implementation of these contents @guess.eu;
  • Research current fashion trends and inspirations for shootings;
  • Support the team in developing new props and themed backdrops for specific shootings;
  • Sample set management (from checking products availability with involved departments to managing samples during shootings and ensuring their safe handling and return);
  • Assist on set during shootings, supporting the team as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing and Communication;
  • Good communications skills and fluent in English;
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the fashion industry;
  • Reliable multi-tasking skills with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict daily deadlines;
  • Experience in team working environment but also capable of working independently;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry will be considered a plus.
