Position

The Candidates Responsibility:

Drive store sales results by ensuring a consistent quality customer experience in the store.

Final accountability for all actions, decisions, and results of the store.

Plan and control the store payroll budget to meet or exceed expectations.

Direct the shipping, receiving, and inventory flow.

Delegate daily workload among associates to meet merchandising and visual presentation standards.

Lead by example, motivate and train the team on the field in the day by day activities.

Requirements

The Candidates Requirements:

Relevant prior managerial experience in a fashion retail environment (3-5 years).

A passion for sales and fashion. Results oriented.

Leadership and communication skills Merchandising skills.

Detail oriented.

The ideal Store Manager is able to attract and recruit the best talents available on the market through networking and scouting

The contacts with the Headquarter require English language skills (written/spoken).

Any other foreign language skills will be a plus.
