We are looking for an experienced

STORE MANAGER

The Candidates Responsibility:

• Drive store sales results by ensuring a consistent quality customer experience in the store.
• Final accountability for all actions, decisions, and results of the store.
• Plan and control the store payroll budget to meet or exceed expectations.
• Direct the shipping, receiving, and inventory flow. Delegate daily workload among associates to meet merchandising and visual presentation standards.
• Lead by example, motivate and train the team on the field in the day by day activities

The Candidates Requirements:

• Relevant prior managerial experience in a fashion retail environment (3-5 years).
• A passion for sales and fashion. Results oriented.
• Leadership and communication skills. Merchandising skills.
• Detail oriented.
• The ideal Store Manager is able to attract and recruit the best talents available on the market through networking and scouting
• The contacts with the Headquarter require English language skills (written/spoken).
• Any other foreign language skills will be a plus
