Position

PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Support, by working on specific video training assignments, the Training & Development projects, bringing innovation and applying a creative approach, in support to the Training Manager and the Training team.



CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support, in specific assignments, the creation of video training contents, with particular focus on product knowledge, brand identity and customer service for Retail store staff training, like:

  1. Support in the creation of training contents, graphics and materials as needed;
  2. Creation of training videos, in particular on product knowledge;
  3. Creation of training contents to be hosted in the GUESS MyAcademy training App for store employees on several topics (e.g. product knowledge, eco-sustainability, customer service, store operations, etc.);
  4. Support in the organization of training programs in order to increase brand Product Knowledge and Customer Service, elevate the brand awareness among store staff, improve training efforts and increase sales;
  5. Implement a new innovative, smart, modern and creative approach, aligned with company strategy and goals, making use of all methods, tools and channels available;


  • Support the creation of communication and training graphic materials, like newsletters, PDFs, etc.
  • Support in other cross Training processes, such as the management of the training platform;
  • Cross HR activities support: support the HR team in all main HR processes and activities, whenever needed.

Requirements

  • Preferred: studies in graphic/video design, photography & visual, Media Design, Fashion, Training & Development, Communication/Marketing)
  • Video (and graphic) competences needed (like video recording, video editing, animations, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is considered a plus
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel), any additional operational system
  • Good knowledge of digital and social media
  • No previous work experience required; any work experience in the retail world will be considered a plus
  • Strong passion in the fashion industry
  • Strongly creative and innovative, high out-of-box thinking; proactivity and outgoing attitude
  • International background is a plus
  • Open-minded towards a multicultural environment
  • Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good team player
