Posizione

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The role will support the Visual Merchandising Manager in ensuring a uniform image throughout all Guess distribution channels.

Among the different tasks, they will travel around EMEA to follow up and to set up the stores.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with department managers to uphold, teach, and maintain all visual standards in the stores
  • Plan store visits and staff training according to the VM Manager and Senior VM Manager
  • Participate in the creation of Visual Merchandising guidelines for all Guess Lines
  • Support the Window Rotation Program working closely with the Buying Department
  • Participate in and support the success of store openings
  • Work on Line openings and visual merchandising activities in the HQ
  • Give support during fashion shows and corporate events

Requisiti

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: at least High School diploma. A specific certification in Visual Merchandising would be considered as a plus
  • Experience: at least 1/2 years of itinerant visual merchandising experience for a fashion company
  • Language skills: very good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken. Other European languages would be considered as a plus
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to complex business situations and capable of self-motivation
  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers, staff and external contacts
  • Availability to travel
