Posizione

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting directly to the Financial Planning Director, the Financial Planning Analyst will support division heads in target achievement, assuring monthly KPI tracking and monitoring with particular focus the Sales and Gross margin, Inventory level, Pricing and discount management.

 

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for the division: produce, review, analyse and report all financial submissions (actual, budgets, forecasts, analysis and reports, cost variance)
  • Contribute to monthly reporting to Corporate
  • Prepare monthly standard reporting and dashboard
  • Perform ad hoc analysis requested by management
  • Monitor and control SG&A for some areas assuring correct reporting and presentation.
  • Perform performance tracking for the division through variance analyses, key performance indicators, highlighting the key drivers behind the financial of the business
  • Assure adoptions of company correct processes and procedures

Requisiti

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Economical degree
  • 2/3 years of experience in a financial position; preferred qualified with an experience in a multinational wholesale/retail fashion environment
  • Knowledge of consolidated accounting principles and concepts, ideally with some US GAAP experience
  • IT skills (Excels – PowerPoint – KCI – JDE – Stealth – Microstrategy)
  • Fluently spoken and written English language
  • Well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker, problem-solving skills and team building
  • Possess strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Established analytical and project management ability
  • Capability to work under strict, short deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, pragmatic ability to deliver. Work effectively with teams, individuals, and external contacts. Clear personal values.
